DNCA President - Daine Pearson
Although their Dunwoody North home has been in the family since 1996, when Daine and his mother Frances purchased it, Daine and his wife Coby are 'still' relatively new residents in Dunwoody, having moved to the USA in 2006. Daine lived in Europe for more than twenty years working as a Producer/Editor/Cameraman/Director of Photography, creating images for news programs, documentaries and corporate productions. Daine is currently employed by a professional television production equipment manufacturer as sales and marketing engineer and still occasionally provides technical sales and media production services via his company, Natural Light & Sound. DNCA Vice President - Zandro Zaragoza
Zandro moved to Atlanta in 1999 and became a Dunwoody North homeowner in 2005. This was his first house purchase just before the real estate market crashed. Now he and his husband (Michael Douglas, no not the actor) are going through several phases of renovations updating their 1966 'ranch' home. Zandro currently works with Kimberly-Clark as a project manager having done most of his work in software projects and software companies. He is a proud graduate of KSU receiving an MBA and MS in Information Systems in 2021. He received his BS in Information Technology from UOP. In the little spare time he has at the moment, you'll find him singing in a few volunteer choruses, attempting to improve his garden of flowers and fruits/vegetables, or watching his favorite TV or movies.
Vice President of Zoning - Cindy Dennis
Cindy is very excited to join the Dunwoody North Civic Association, representing as President of Zoning. She looks forward to working with each of you in addressing any concerns and certainly continuing to keep our community well-kept and within code and zoning ordinances.
Cindy has been a Dunwoody North resident since 2001 and truly loves our neighborhood. She has been in the construction / housing industry for nearly 30 years. She holds a degree in Interior Design and currently represents a major lighting manufacturer as a factory salesperson. Cindy has three grown children: Cally Dennis, currently residing in Washington State, serving in the US Navy, Sammy Dennis, residing in Lilburn with his wife and son, and Casey Dennis, attending Valdosta State University, studying Engineering and ROTC to eventually join the US Air Force.
DNCA Treasurer - Julie Horowitz
Julie is an Atlanta native and a resident of Dunwoody North since 1998. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Julie worked professionally in hospitality management and non-profit management. She then attended Georgia State University to obtain her MBA and worked in non-profit marketing and technology marketing. Married to Dunwoody psychologist, Dr. Andy Gothard, Julie is a stay-at-home wife and mother to 3 children. When not driving her children around the city, Julie spends her time volunteering and helping to market her husband's practice. Julie can be reached by selecting Treasurer from the DNCA contact form.
DNCA Recording Secretary - Pat Cloud
Pat and her husband Terry moved to the Dunwoody North neighborhood in 2008 following her retirement from DeKalb County Schools. Having received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and Graduate degrees from the University of Georgia, Pat was a speech therapist, a special education teacher and an autism consultant during her 31 years with DeKalb. She is a native of Atlanta and spent her early school years attending the old Dunwoody Elementary School (now the Dunwoody library.) Pat plays on multiple tennis teams out of the DNDC and enjoys walking and antiquing with her husband. She previously served as the Chairperson of the Beautification Committee and is currently the DNCA Recording Secretary.
DNCA Corresponding Secretary - Lyn Coltman
A resident of Dunwoody North since 1981, Lyn has been involved with the Civic Association for many years. In addition, she founded the group “Australians Within Atlanta”; belongs to the International Club of Atlanta, the English Speaking Union, The Georgia Council for International Visitors, and Atlanta Symphony Associates. Lyn is a Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers.Walking and tending her plot in the Dunwoody Community Garden fill in any spare time. Lyn’s family is spread wide with Nick in Anchorage, Mike in Asia and Belinda in Marietta. Before they flew the coop they and their late father, Neville, all played tennis and swam for Dunwoody North. Social Media Manager - Jay Kapp
Jay, his wife, Jenniffer and their young children, have been residents of Dunwoody North since 2001. He is the president of Kapp Koncepts, a marketing and web design firm. In 2011, he was given the "Rising Star Award" by the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce, an award given to business owners under the age of 40 who exemplify leadership and community involvement.

Kathy Adams-Carter
Kathy and her husband Ed have been Dunwoody North residents since 2012. They have an adult daughter, Heather, and a granddaughter, Ava, who enjoy visiting the Dunwoody North neighborhood. Kathy is an attorney with Adams-Carter Law Firm, with an emphasis on family law issues. Ed is a retired pathologist. In addition to serving as the DNDC President for 2015-2016, Kathy is involved in a number of professional organizations, including serving on the Board of the DeKalb Bar Association, as Past Chair of the Family Law Section of the of the DeKalb Bar Association, and the Charles Weltner Inns of Court. Kathy is a graduate of Chamblee High School, Georgia State University, and the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.

Luke Ingram
Luke and his wife Emiley have been residents of Dunwoody North since 2017. Both educators, they left Gwinnett County Public Schools for the opportunity to work in Dunwoody; Emiley at Chesnut and Luke at DHS.
Julie Kegley
Julie Kegley moved to Dunwoody North in 2016, and considers this the best neighborhood ever! Julie is from LA (Lower Alabama) and received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Prior to moving to Dunwoody, Julie practiced law in Richmond, Virginia, for several years. Julie is an attorney for the private non-profit agency, the Georgia Advocacy Office. She is a member of the Dunwoody North Driving Club, Dunwoody Baptist Church, and is an active volunteer at her son’s school. Julie enjoys all water activities (especially water skiing), reading, and spending time with her family.
Ellen Mauldin
Ellen and her husband, Vernon, moved to their Dunwoody North home on Kingsgate Drive in August of 1996, during the Atlanta Summer Olympics. Ellen is Director of IT Business Partners at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and is a graduate of Auburn University. She has served as membership chair on the DNDC board, past member of the DN Garden Club, and has played on multiple tennis teams in the neighborhood.
Gerri Penn
Gerri and her husband, Roger moved to Atlanta and Dunwoody North in 1981. They have 2 adult children who grew up in Dunwoody North. Gerri has served on the DNCA Board since 1996 in various capacities. She serves on the Board of DHA. Gerri served on the City of Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals. Gerri is a Co-Chair of the Caring Committee at her Temple, Temple Emanu-El. Gerri was recently elected as a Trustee on the Temple Emanu-El Board of Trustees.

Neighborhood Watch Program - Judy Milner-Hofer
Judy and Charles W. Hofer moved from New York to Athens, GA in 1981 when Charles became a full professor at UGA. In 1983 they moved to Dunwoody North. Judy holds an M.S. and ABD in Physiological Psychology, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting. She has devoted her time to renovating her house herself and working with Chuck’s students and traveling with him and his Business Plan Competition teams throughout the country and overseas. Over the years, Judy volunteered her time as treasurer for her Condo Association, C.A.R.S. and NCJW. In addition she served as bulletin editor for NCJW and the DNCA. She was the Service to New Americans chair for NCJW for which she won volunteer of the year. She keeps herself busy with gardening, carpentry, Chinese water color, sewing, cooking and reading. DNDC { Dunwoody North Driving Club } President - Matt Blankenship
Matt Blankenship has been a resident of Dunwoody GA for 38 years. He attended Dunwoody High School in his early years and is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He is a Branch Manager with North Point Mortgage in Roswell, GA and has been a mortgage industry professional for 22+ years. He is married to his High School Sweetheart Whitney Blankenship (who was also a DHS & UGA graduate) they have 2 children that both attend DHS, a son that is a senior and a daughter that is a Freshman. In his spare time Matt enjoys tinkering with vintage cars and during the summers he works to maintain his reign as the biggest splash champion at DNDC pool.
