Our community is comprised of approximately 1,100 homes within the Dunwoody North subdivision, as well as homes in the surrounding neighborhoods of Andover Estates, Laurelwood Farms, Dunwoody Trails, Brafferton Square, Briers North, The Madisons, and Chestnut Landing.
Get Involved and Connect
One of the highlights of living in Dunwoody North is the strong sense of community. Residents love our active Swim/Tennis Association, the Dunwoody North Driving Club (DNDC). The DNDC offers fantastic amenities, including:
- Four brand new lighted tennis courts for year-round play
- A newly resurfaced 25m swimming pool, complete with a diving well and a high drive for endless summer fun
- A children's playground where kids can make memories and new friends

Beyond the DNDC, the Dunwoody North Civic Association (DNCA) plays a vital role in our community. The DNCA represents our residents in city, county, and state issues, ensuring our voices are heard and our neighborhood remains a top priority. The DNCA also works tirelessly to:
- Protect and enhance property values
- Fight detrimental development and promote projects that benefit our community
- Collaborate with the Dunwoody Homeowner's Association and other nearby homeowner groups to support our neighbors
