Leadership

Dunwoody North is a special place thanks to the active involvement of our residents. Our leaders work collaboratively with neighbors to enhance our quality of life and foster a strong sense of community.

Kathy has been a long time Board member, and stepped up into the Vice President role in 2024 and then into the role of President in 2025. She is dedicated to helping the Association continue its legacy of advocating for the community by setting goals for the Association, including membership, community involvement, and developing and implementing a succession plan for Board members. Kathy practices law with an office in Dunwoody. The focus of her practice is family and probate law. Cindy Dennis

Member at Large

Hello! I’m Cindy Dennis, I proudly served as Member-at-Large for the Dunwoody North Civic Association.

Over the past 34 years, I’ve lived in two homes right here in Dunwoody North—and even before I purchased my first home, I knew this was the community I wanted to be part of. Dunwoody North is a great neighborhood and a truly special place to live.

I’m a mother to three grown children and a proud grandmother of one sweet grandson. My family is deeply rooted in this area—one of my children serves in the U.S. Navy, another works with Dunwoody Automotive, and the third is part of the team at Treetop Quest. It’s especially meaningful to see my grandson now attending Chestnut Elementary, the same school my children once did.

Over the years, I’ve served the Civic Association in several roles, including President, Vice President, and Vice President of Zoning. I initially got involved simply to get involved—because I care deeply about our community and want to encourage others to take part as well.

I’ve had the pleasure of organizing and participating in events such as mailbox decorating, welcome baskets for new neighbors, and the holiday trolley—all of which help bring us closer together as a community.

Dunwoody North is more than just a place to live. It’s HOME. Whether you’re raising a family or simply looking for a vibrant, caring neighborhood, this is a wonderful place to build your life.

Vicky Pasmanick

Member at Large

Vicky Pasmanick has lived in Dunwoody North since 1996. She is a Residential Realtor working with her Partner Robert Pasmanick for 30 years. Vicky is a proud Granny of 4 and a proud Mom of three daughters all who attended Peachtree Middle and Dunwoody High School. Vicky's interests include baking, trying new recipes and playing tennis in multiple leagues at DNDC. Vicky has held numerous positions on the DNCA board. Vicky's biggest suggestion for all who live in our glorious community is to wave to all when walking or driving through the community. A wave to all signifies community and a message to all coming through that we are all looking out for each other. A wave can subtly suggest to the bad guys trolling our neighborhood to do harm to find another area because we are all committed to keeping ourselves and each other safe.
