Spring has officially arrived, and the judging for our revitalized Dunwoody North Beautification programs took place on April 5th! We are thrilled to kick off the season by recognizing residents who contribute to making our neighborhood so visually appealing.
This year, we've updated the judging process for Yard of the Month and Porch of the Month. Our judges now drive the neighborhood to observe and select winners in real-time, making everyone eligible! We are excited to bring a more personal touch to the process and ensure many worthy yards and porches are recognized.
Without further ado, we are delighted to announce the winners for April:
April Yard of the Month!
Congratulations to the residents whose stunning yard has been selected as our first Yard of the Month winners under the new process! Their dedication to creating a beautiful landscape truly enhances our community.
A Yard of the Month winner typically showcases exceptional overall landscape design, maintenance, and seasonal color that adds significant curb appeal.
April Porch of the Month!
We also celebrate the creativity and welcoming spirit displayed by our April Porch of the Month winners! Their beautifully decorated porch invites smiles from neighbors and passersby.

Beyond YOTM & POTM: Spotlight, Mailbox Magic, and Backyard Beauties!
In addition to our monthly judged categories, we also want to shine a light on other aspects of Dunwoody North's beauty through our Spotlight, Mailbox Magic, and Backyard Beauties features. These aren't judged monthly but are celebrated as they are noticed.
- Spotlight: Recognizing small, lovely vignettes and creative displays within a yard – perhaps a beautiful grouping of plants, a charming garden feature, or a unique planting bed.
- Mailbox Magic: Celebrating mailboxes that are creatively decorated or landscaped, adding a touch of charm to the streetscape.
- Backyard Beauties: Showcasing the hidden gems of our neighborhood – beautiful backyards or delightful backyard vignettes that residents are proud to share.
