Decorations Winners 2018

The Beautification Committee is proud to present the winners of our Holiday Decoration contest for 2018.

We thank all of those who participated, completing their holiday decorations by the December 3rd deadline.  There are so many outstanding displays of holiday spirit and we hope that everyone continues to enjoy riding through the Dunwoody North community during this festive season.

The east side Holiday House is 2595 Andover Drive, home of Karen and Jim Kliszak.

2595 Andover Dr {East Side}

The Kliszaks redesigned the front of their house this past year with Jim doing the work to add a portico and other upgrades.  Karen enjoyed using lots of lights to showcase her husband’s work, finishing it off with the traditional window wreathes.  When contacted about their nomination, Karen noted that they weren’t finished yet.  The crazy weather we are experiencing actually left them with no lights at all one night.  Fortunately Jim Kliszak is an electrician and Christmas order was restored during a break in the rain.  Congratulations Karen and Jim!

The west side Holiday House is 2471 Old Orchard Court, home of the Ringler family.

2471 Old Orchard Ct {West Side}

The Ringlers decorated with a balanced combination icicle lights, wreathes and more contemporary inflatables, lighted characters and laser lights.  Carrie Ringler noted that her mother inspired her with a love of the traditional Christmas green and red and icicle lights for the foundation.  They added more contemporary themes with characters and ornaments that brought a smile to their child’s face.  Congratulations to the Ringler family!
