The Dunwoody North Subdivision was developed in 1963 / 1964 by Tom Cousins — an area still considered “far out” to most of Atlanta’s residents at that time. However, Mr. Cousins’ first venture in residential development proved to be a huge success.
The Dunwoody North Civic Association (DNCA) represents the Dunwoody North Communities in city, county, and state issues concerning the neighborhoods. The DNCA also assists the residents to protect and enhance the value of their property.
